Grievances & Complaints Procedure

This is the official procedure for handling grievances and complaints from internal and external stakeholders of Fortified Sparkline Pvt. Ltd., including employees, clients, members of the public, and any other relevant parties.

Stakeholders who believe there may be non-conformances with our Security Operations Management System (SOMS), violations of international, national, or local laws, or human rights breaches, are encouraged to lodge a complaint or file a grievance.

The purpose of this procedure is not only to document grievances but also to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and accountable response. This includes:

  • Identifying the root causes of complaints
  • Taking corrective and preventive actions promptly
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of actions taken
  • Driving continual improvement in our processes and operations
